Writing for the Web
When writing content, it is important to understand the needs of those who will be reading it. Writing a headline is completely different in purpose, structure, and style than a doctoral thesis. Understanding the needs of the reader and the context is vital. Continuing with creating content for Reel Deal Tacos (a fictitious business) for my Editing for the Web class, I was asked to use what I learned in the Writing for the Web course to create a blog post introducing the business and an advertisement for an upcoming event.
